BAIRD, JEANETTE (MRS. JAMES): 
   THE ADVERTISER, SARANAC, MICH; Thursday, March 31, 1904, front page: 
"Obituary - Mrs. Jeanette Baird died at the home of Mr. and Mrs. John Robertson
in this village Saturday March 26, aged 82 years 5 months and 7 days.
   She with her brother James came to Michigan in 1845 and settled in the
township of Keene.  She was married to James Baird in December of that year. 
Two children a son and a daughter blessed this union.  The son, one brother,
eight grandchildren and nine great grandchildren survive her.
   She settled in Boston township in 1858 and she had a large circle of
acquaintances and friends.
   The funeral services were held from the residence Wednesday afternoon
conducted by Rev. J. E. Tedford."
