BAIRD, SARAH ELIZABETH (DODDS) (MRS. CHARLES):
   THE ADVERTISER, SARANAC, MICH.; Thursday, May 26, 1904, front page: 
"Obituary - SARAH ELIZABETH BAIRD - Sarah Elizabeth Baird was born in the
township of Boston, March 4, 1857 and died at her home May 22, 1904, at the age
of 47 years, 2 months 18 days, after an illness of one year.
   She was the daughter of Margaret and Hugh Dodds the third of eight children.
   She was married to Chas. Baird March 3, 1876.  To this union seven children
were given six of whom survive their mother.
   Mrs. Baird was a very patient sufferer always thinking of the pains of
others, a kind and loving mother and will be sadly missed in her home and among
her friends.
   The funeral was held from the home on Tuesday afternoon conducted by Rev. A.
B. Johnson, the burial was in Saranac cemetery."
