Ionia Daily Sentinel Standard, 26 Apr 1976

Josephine Helen Baker, 68, of route 1, Olmstead road, died Friday afternoon at a
Grand Rapids hospital.  She was born May 15, 1907, in Bay Village, Ohio, the
daughter of Anthony and Mary Marrone.  She married Donald Baker June 9, 1925, in
Detroit.  They moved to their present address in 1956.

Surviving are her husband Donald; two sons, Donald R. of Oberlin, Ohio, and
Gordon of Ionia; one daughter, Mrs. Joyce Egan of Flint; three sisters, Mrs.
Mildred Bouffard of Garden City; Mrs. Lucille Wilson of Wellington, Ohio; and
Mrs. Willamenia Pratt of Dearborn; six grandchildren.

Services will be Tuesday at 2 pm at the Northplains cemetery.  Rev. Norman
Mincemoyer of the North Plains community church will officiate.  Until 1:30 pm
Tuesday, Mrs. Baker will be at the Hull Memorial Chapel in Muir.
