Daily Sentinel-Standard - Thursday, Aug. 21, 1958

Saranac- Mrs. Josephine M. Baker died Wednesday in a Lowell convalescent 
home.

She was born May 12, 1877 in New York state. Mrs. Baker lived in South 
Boston many years. Her husband, Clifton Beach, died several years ago.

Surviving are two brothers, James F. Needham and Emmett Needham, and several 
nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be held Saturday at 2:30 p.m. at the Morris funeral 
home in Saranac, with the Rev. Glenn McCarty officiating. Interment will be 
at South Boston cemetery.

Keith McIntyre, Harold Fosburg, Claude Harker, Roy Kyser, James Hines and 
Wesley Fosburg will be bearers.
