BAKER, CLEO E.:
   IONIA SENTINEL-STANDARD, MI; April 18, 2006:  "Obituaries - Cleo E. Baker,
Saranac, age 85, passed away February 22, 2006 in Ionia.  He was born on
February 11, 1921 in Muir the son of Clyde and Blanche (Hallock) Baker.
   Mr. Baker was a veteran of World War II.  He was a farmer and enjoyed
gardening.  Clio was also a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Ionia.
 On February 28, 1946, he married Ilene G. Peck in Lowell and she preceded him
in death on November 8, 2004.
   He is also preceded in death by his brother and sister-in-law, Elmo and Vida
Baker and sister and brother-in-law Marvel and Harold Smith.  Surviving are a
son, Kenneth Baker of Saranac, brother and sister-in-laws, Claude and Virginia
Baker of Flagstaff, Ariz., and Dale and Ruth Baker of Saranac; sister-in-law
Evelyn Oom of Grandville, several nieces and nephews.  The Memorial Service will
be conducted by Rev. Karl Tsatalbasbidis at 1 p.m. Sunday, April 23, 2006 at the
Seventh Day Advantist Church, Ionia.  Interment will be Sunset Memorial Gardens.
 Arrangements are being handled by the Schrauben-Lehman Funeral Home, Ionia
