     Excerpts from Greenville Obituary

             EMILY W. BAKER

Died Wednesday April 22, 1987-age 89 of Belding at Greenville Hospital.
Born April 24, 1897 in Dashwood, Ontario, Canada, daughter of George & Cathrine 
(Bacher)Schroeder.
Self-employed in child care & a member of the Smyrna Bible Church.
Emily's husband Clayton preceded her in death in 1959.
Surviving are three daughters,Henrietta Reichert, Alma, Charlotte Witham, 
Dorothy Gray, Greenville; four sons, Clayton Baker, Belding, Louis C.Aberhardt, 
Ypsilanti, Robert E Aberhardt, Mount Morris, William Aberhardt; two step-
daughters, Mrs.Richard (Helen) Lockwood, Mrs.Marion (Betty) Galloway, Belding; 
18 grandchildren & several great-grandchildren.
Preceded in death by two grandchildren, Robert Reichart & Margaret Gray Waldorf.
Funeral services are 1 p.m. Saturday a Huffman Funeral Home, Belding.
Pastor Darwyn Hasset officiating.
Interment is in Smyrna Cemetery.
