Thomas Joe Baker, aged 48, of Ionia, passed away Dec. 12, 2007.  He was born 
Sept. 9, 1959 in Ionia the son of Walter and Alice ( Meeker) Baker.

He is survived by brothers Robert W. Baker of Ionia, Dennis G. Baker of 
Tennessee, Jack E. (Ida) Baker of Ionia and Richard L . (Amy) Baker of Fowler; 
sister-in-law Jeanne Baker of Saranac and several nieces, nephews, great 
nieces and nephews.  He is preceded in death by his parents and sister-in-law 
Lois Baker.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday at Lake Funeral Home in Ionia 
with Pastor John Prominski officiating. The family will receive friends and 
relatives one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
