Ionia Sentinel Standard, 22 Nov 1960

Funeral services were held Monday afternoon for Ralph C. Balcome, 56, a Belding
resident for 44 years and owner of the South Side Sports Shop.  Mr. Balcome died
Friday at the home of his daughter, Mrs. John Slater of Crooks street, Belding.

Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Lyle Ward of Crystal and Mrs. Slater; a
son Charles of Greenville, two sisters and a brother.

[Transcriber's Note:  There is a notation on the obituary card that she was
buried in River Ridge Cemetery.]
