February 13, 1964 Services Held For Mrs. Crystal Balduff Mrs. Crystal G. Balduff, 69, passed away Friday forenoon at Pennock Hospital after a long period of ill health. She had been hospitalized since Monday. A native of Ingham county, she married William F. Balduff January 18, 1819 and came to Dimondale, residing on the farm on M-66 until last November when they moved to their home on sixth Avenue. Mrs. Balduff was a member of the central Methodist Church, the WSCS and Adult Fellowship Supper Club of the church, the GoFer's Farm Bureau, West Sebewa Community club and the new Idea Extension club. Surviving are her husband; five daughters, Mrs. Clarence (Marian) Miller of rural Sunfield, Mrs. Jack (June) McManus of Eaton Rapids, Mrs. Jack (Beatrice) Van of San Francisco, Calif., Mrs Willard (Margaret) Brodbeck of rural Lake Odessa and Mrs. Floyd (Helen) Hewitt of rural Clarksville; fifteen grandchildren; two sisters Mrs Delos (Marie) Hanna of Hopkins and Mrs. Laura Lauer of Ypsilanti and a brother Charles Huntington of Mason. A son Harold passed away August 10, 1933. Funeral services were held Monday at 130 at the Pickens Funeral Chapel with burial in Lakeside cemetery. Rev. Luther Brokaw officiated.
