Sentinel-Standard - Tuesday, Nov. 9, 1976

Virginia Baragrey, 52, of 591 Conkey drive, Woodard Lake, died Monday 
afternoon at her home following a long illness.

She was born July 23, 1924 in Grand Rapids, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. O. 
I. DePew.

She married Wilfred (Bill) Baragrey in Lansing June 5, 1946.

A 21-year resident of Woodard Lake, she was employed at Belco Industries in 
Belding for nine years. She was a past president of the Antlerettes and 
attended Shiloh Community church.

Survivors include her husband; two sons, David G. of Jackson, and Brian at 
home; one daughter, Mrs. Bonnie Sumbler of Lansing; one brother, Louis 
Knight of Newaygo;  one sister, Mrs. Vivian Baker of Marshall and one 
grandson.

Services are Thursday at 1:30 pm at the Myers-Roetman funeral home with Rev. 
Kenneth Harger of Shiloh Community church officiating.

Burial is in Sunset Memorial gardens.

A memorial fund has been established for the Ionia county unit of the 
American Cancer Society.
