Lake Odessa Wave - May 17, 1956
          OMAR BARKDULL DIED FRIDAY
   Omar Barkdull, 70, former local resident passed away Friday at Traverse City.
   Born in Odessa Township, he was the son of Hiram and Anna Barkdull and spent his
earlier life in this area.
   Surviving are two brothers, George of Lake Odessa and Emerson of Ionia.
   Funeral services were held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Pickens Funeral Chapel with
burial in Lakeside 
Cemetery.  Rev. A. J. Pitman officiated.
