ALICE LORAINE BARKER, of Lansing 
Died July 26, 2016-age 95 Cared for by Dimondale Nursing Center & Great Lakes
Hospice.
Born October 17, 1920 in Hubbardston, MI. daughter of John and Louise (Rockey)
Riley Graduated from St. John The Baptist High School in Hubbardston in 1938
Married February 7, 1942 to Elmer Barker
Moved to St. Johns in 1950 where he owned and operated Barker Plumbing & Heating
Survived by her seven children, 14 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren.
Preceded in death by husband Elmer in 2008, parents, 2 sisters, 4 brothers,
sisters-in-law & brothers-in-law, a young niece and nephew.
Loraine was a member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Lansing, where
the Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday July 30, 2016 with Rev. Fr. John Byers as
celebrant.
Visitation at Palmer, Bush, & Jensen Family Funeral Home, Lansing Chapel, 520 E. Mt.
Hope Ave., Lansing, on Friday July 29, at 2-4 & 6-8 p.m.
