The Belding Banner, Thursday, December 12, 1963


Arthur W. Barnes, aged 78, formerly of Belding, died Sunday in Traverse City.  
Mr. Barnes was born October 6, 1885.

He is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Mary Bloomfield of Haslett and Mrs. Ruth 
Moore of Fruitport.

Services were held Wednesday afternoon at the Walsh-Bliss Funeral Home in Cedar 
Springs, with the Rev. Richard Kidder officiating.  Burial was in Elmwood 
cemetery.
