Mary Susan (Sue) Barnett, age 91, died at Sunrise of Cascade Senior Living 
Center in Grand Rapids, Michigan on Thursday September 18, 2014.
Born May 12, 1923 in Edinburgh, Indiana to Clarence and Frances Breeding, she 
attended Columbus High School and graduated from Franklin College in 1945.  Sue 
married H. James (Jim) Barnett in 1948 and they raised their family in Lynn, 
Indiana.  Jim Barnett passed away August 29, 2001.  In 2002, Sue moved to Lake 
Odessa, Michigan.
Survivors include her brother David Breeding and wife Marilyn of Rolling Hills 
Estates, California, her four sons and their wives: Steve & De Barnett of 
Loganville, Georgia, Bill & Becky Barnett of Kokomo, Indiana, Dick & Robin 
Barnett of Lake Odessa, Michigan and John & Margy Barnett of Acworth, Georgia.  
She also had 12 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
She loved her family and immensely enjoyed her grandchildren and great 
grandchildren.  She loved the Lord Jesus Christ and served Him faithfully all 
her adult life.  She was very active in her church of 50 years, First Christian 
Church of Lynn, Indiana.  After moving to Michigan, she attended Outreach 
Christian Church.  She also was a member of Bible Study Fellowship, 
International for over 20 years.
Services will be held Saturday, September 27 at Eskew-Eaton Funeral Home 
located at 302 E Main Cross Street, Edinburgh, IN 46124.  Visitation will begin 
at 10 am and the funeral service at 11 am with graveside service to follow 
immediately at Rest Haven Cemetery.
She was deeply beloved and will be greatly missed.
Expressions of sympathy may be sent to Eskew-Eaton Funeral Home.  Memorial 
Donations in her name may be sent to Bible Study Fellowship, International, 
19001 Huebner Road, San Antonio, Texas, 78258.
