The Ionia Daily Sentinel, Saturday, February 1, 1908


The funeral service for Capt. Isabella Barrett of the Salvation Army, who died 
at Glen Ellen, Ill. Will be conducted by Capt. John Bouters, Monday at 2 p.m. 
at the Evangelical church on Washington street.

Subsequent Publication: The Ionia Daily Sentinel, Monday, February 3, 1908

The remains of Isabelle Barrett, whose death in the Salvation Army home at Glen 
Ellyn was noted in Saturday’s paper, arrived this morning accompanied by Ensign 
Botell and two sisters of the deceased.  The funeral from the Evangelical 
church Tuesday morning at 10.  Services in charge of Salvation Army.  Burial in 
Highland park.
