Henry Barrows of Palo, one of the old residents there and who for years 
conducted the hotel at that place died at his some Thursday afternoon from the 
effects of a stroke of paralysis which he suffered some time ago. He was 71 
years of age and is survived by the widow. The funeral will be held at at two 
o'clock Sunday, burial in Palo cemetery.
