Lake Odessa Wave-Wednesday April 28, 1926

Little Marjorie Elaine, daughter of Opal and Homer Bartlett was born February 8, 
1926, and left this earth Saturday evening April 24, 1926, aged two months and 
sixteen days.

Her twin brother Martin Earl preceded her to the other world at birth.

She leaves to mourn their loss, her mother, father, and brother Roger, 
grandparents, aunt, uncles and a host of relatives and friends.

This little bundle of sunshine came into our home like a breath from God 
brightening our lives and winning the hearts and love of all who saw her.

The funeral services were held from the U.B.Church, April 27, 1926 conducted by 
Rev. A.L. Spafford of Benton Harbor at two p.m. after which the little body was 
laid to rest in the Lake Side Cemetery, there to rest until the Master calls for 
the Jewels for His Crown.
                               CARD OF THANKS
We wish to thank the neighbors and friends for their many act of kindness and 
for the beautiful flowers sent to us during the illness and death of our darling 
Elaine. Also the pastors for their comforting words and Mrs. Mourer and Verda 
for the music.
