Daily Sentinel-Standard - Saturday, Sept. 1, 1956

Earl Barton of Battle Creek, former resident of Ionia, died early Saturday 
morning, September 1, in Battle Creek.

Surviving are his wife, the former Frieda Kosbar; a daughter, Mrs. ElwinFunera 
(Velma) King of Ionia; another daughter, Mrs. Thelma Ralph and two sons, 
Vernon and Kenneth, all of Battle Creek; seven grandchildren and one great 
grandchild.

Funeral arrangements have not been announced.
