Ionia Sentinel Standard, 10 Dec 1932

According to Miss Margaret Batson, her brother Ray, died in Traverse City
Thursday.  He was a native of Ionia, the son of the late Mrs. Rachel Batson, and
lived in Ionia until he went to Traverse City.  Besides his sister in Ionia, he
leaves a brother, Charles, also of Traverse City.  He was in the late fifties.

[Transcriber’s note:  There is a notation on the obituary card that he was
buried in Highland Park Cemetery.]
