Death is thought to have been caused by the excessive heat. He is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Ecker of Grand Ledge and a sister, Mrs. Nicholas Blasen of Grand Rapids. Funeral services will be held from Bradley’s undertaking parlors at 9:30 Tuesday morning, Rev. C.E.Hoag officiating. Interment in Highland Park. ---------- Funeral services for Nicholas Bauler were held this morning at 9 o’clock at Bradley’s undertaking parlors, Rev. C.E. Hoag officiating. Interment was in Highland Park cemetery. The bearers were John Waidelich, Ben Banhagel, Martin Klenk, John Blasen, Frank Mileski and Andrew Thayler. Deceased had made his home here about 12 years and was 67 years old, having been occupied as a carpenter at the Pere Marquette shops. His wife and one daughter died some time ago in Grand Rapids. He is survived by another daughter, Mrs. Alice Ecker of Grand Ledge, and three sisters, Mrs. Nick Blasen of Grand Rapids, Mrs. Mary Suter and Mrs. Annie Rieger of Chicago and a brother, Frank, of Chicago.
