Orleans:  We are called to note the sad and sudden death of our friend and
neighbor, Guy Beach, who was only sick of bowel trouble a few days when called
to rest from sickness.  The funeral services were held at 11 o’clock at the U.B.
church conducted by Rev. Hartwell of Saranac.  A very touching, yet comforting
sermon was preached from the 15th verse of Rev. 22nd chapter.  Singing by Rev.
and Mrs. DaFoe.  Guy Beach was born in Orleans, April 24, 1863 – died Nov. 20,
1902 – was married to Nettie A. Edmonds Sept. 11, 1883.  Two children have
blessed this union, Floyd J., Feb. 23, 1886, and Glenn W., May 28, 1894 – he was
converted three years ago and died trusting in the loving savior.
