GERY ADAM BEACHNAU of Portland
Died Monday, May 27, 2019-age 63 
Born May 14, 1956 in Lansing, son of Esten "Red" and Jeanette (Pohl) 
Beachnau.
Graduated from Pewamo-Westphalia High School in 1974 where he was an All 
State honorable running back & linebacker in football.
Graduate of MSU in 1979 with BS degree in Forestry.
Worker 35 years for Kraft Foods managing key accounts for National companies.
Loved traveling & vacations on Houghton Lake & Torch Lake.
Preceded in death by his parents, survived by wife of 22 years, Paula, six 
children, 9 grandchildren, six siblings, friends, nieces & nephews.
Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. Friday May 31, 2019 at St. Patrick 
Catholic Church with Rev. Mike Alber officiating. Rite of Committal to follow 
at Portland Cemetery.
Visitation Thursday 4-7 p.m. at Lehman Funeral Home, Portland. Rosary will be 
prayed at 7 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral chapel.
