The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Friday, October 31, 1930

Miss Julia E. Beahan, 30, died in the northern part of the state Thursday and 
the body will arrive in Ionia Sunday and will be taken to the home of her 
brother, P. L. Beahan.  Funeral services will be held in Carson City, her 
former home, in St. Mary’s church Monday morning.  

A father, Michael Beahan, of Carson City; a sister, Mrs. Rene Edison, Detroit; 
three brothers, Kyran and Martin, of East Jordan, and P.L. Beahan, of Ionia, 
survive.
