Patricia K. Beamesderfer, 45, of Ionia went to be with the Lord Thursday, 
April 24, 2003.  Patricia was born February 25, 1958 in Ionia, the daughter of 
Frederick and Margaret (Blue) Christopher.  

Mrs. Beamesderfer was a 1976 graduate of Ionia High School.  She was a lover 
of nature and animals, who loved long drives in the country, camping, being in 
the outdoors and gardening.  She was also a lover of music, was an artist and 
a painter.  

She is survived by her husband Stephen Beamesderfer; son Christopher Fox; 
mother Margaret “Peg” Christopher; sisters, Sharon (Jack) Unger and Linda 
(David) May; former husband and good friend Fred Fox; former mother-in-law 
Katie Fox.

She was preceded in death by her father Frederick Christopher.

The family will receive friends at the Schrauben-Lehman Funeral Home, Cook 
Chapel, 220 Rich street, Ionia on Saturday from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

A memorial service will be held a later date.  For those desiring, memorial 
contributions may be made to the Ionia County Animal Shelter in memory of 
Patricia K. Beamesderfer.  Arrangements are entrusted to the Schrauben-Lehman 
Funeral Home, Cook Chapel, Ionia.
