The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Monday, June 8, 1970


Mrs. Hazel Beck, 59, of 770 Lyman, Muskegon, died Friday morning after an 
illness of one year.  She was born November 13, 1910 in Michigan the daughter 
of Orin Robinson and Mabel Vanhouten Robinson.  She attended public schools in 
the Grand Rapids area.

She had managed the meat and dairy departments at various Plumb super markets 
and since leaving Ionia in 1952 she had lived in Muskegon.  Her husband, Henry, 
preceded her in death in 1957.

Surviving are a son, Henry of Norton Shores; three daughters, Mrs. Wayne B. 
Mosier and Mrs. Shirley Buzas of Muskegon and Mrs. Robert J. Milanowsky of 
Norton Shores; two brothers, George Robinson of Ionia and Roger Robinson of 
Grand Rapids.

Funeral services will be in Muskegon at Clock funeral home Tuesday at 1 p.m.  
Rev. Walter Lehmann will officiate and interment will be at Norton cemetery, 
Norton Shores.
