Ionia Sentinel Standard, 6 Dec 1940

Mrs. Grace Long Bedford, former Ionia resident for many years, died at her home 
in Detroit Wednesday.  She was the daughter of Dr. O. R. Long, former 
superintendent of the Ionia state hospital, and Mrs. Long.

Surviving are the husband, Albert, two daughters, Ruth Helena Bedford and Mrs. 
John Storey Goodman, all of Detroit.

Funeral services were held Friday at 2:30 p.m. from the Wilbur R. Hamilton 
funeral chapel in Detroit.
