Rodger D. Beech, 44, Greenville, passed away Tuesday afternoon, Oct. 15, 1996,
at his home in Greenville.  He was born Oct. 4, 1952, at Lansing, the son of
Emery and Helen Stickfaden Beech. 

He was preceded in death by his father, Emery Beech, in 1967; his mother, Helen
I. Beech Cahoon, in 1994; and one brother, Darwin Beech, in 1990.

He is survived by his wife, Laurie Hattis-Beech, and their children, Anthony and
Truley Beech, all of Greenville; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Deloris and
Ronald Ward of Belding, Suzanne Vesper of Howell; five brothers and three
sisters-in-law, Gerald and Kathy Beech of Gowen, Gaylord and Shirley Beech of
Saranac, Emery Beech of Belding, Thomas and Marion Beech, Randy Beech, all of
Greenville; and his stepfather, Donald Cahoon of Belding.

Funeral services are today at 1 p.m. at the Brown-Teman Funeral Home,
Greenville, with Pastor Kenneth Harger officiating.  Burial will be in Otisco
Township Cemetery.  Contributions in Rodger’s memory may be directed to the
Greenville Public Library.
