The Ionia Weekly Standard, Friday, September 23, 1910
The funeral of George Beemer was attended from the late home on West 
Washington St. this afternoon, the discourse being by Rev. E. G. Lewis, D.D.  
The singing at the house was by Mrs. G. M. Phelps and Mrs. Cressy.  The 
carriers were from the membership of the Modern Woodmen: F. C. Miller, F. M. 
Wirtz, Martin Palmer, Eugene Smith, Edw. F. Gallagher, Bert Hodges.  Interment 
was in Highland Park.
