Lake Odessa Wave
     WM. BEGEROW, 82, SUCCUMBS AFTER LONG ILLNESS
  William Begerow, 82, died early Tuesday morning at the home of his sister Mrs.
Marshall Maile, residing west of town, following a long illness.
   He was born in Ontario, Canada and came with his parents to Caledonia when a
small child, later living in this vicinity.  He resided here with his niece and husband 
Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Knapp and his brother Charles before residing with his sister where 
he has been for the past five years.
   Surviving besides the sister are three brothers, Charles, Henry and John of Lake
Odessa and nieces and nephews.
   funeral services were held Thursday (today) at 2 p.m. at the Pickens chapel with
burial in Lakeside cemetery.  Rev. O. L. Heltzel officiated.
