The Ionia County Shopper’s Guide, Saturday, November 30, 1996

Melvin L. Behl, of Ionia passed away November 24, 1996. Surviving are wife, 
Frankie; five daughters, Mrs. Georgia (Dann) McQueen of Greenville, Mrs. 
Wanieta (Rodney) Dingman of Greenville, Mrs. Lorleen (Daniel) Fedewa of Lyons, 
Mrs. Sandra (Brian) Henry of Ionia and Mrs. Holly (Gary) Wakeham of Ionia; two 
sisters, Mrs. Leatrice Wohford of Carson City and Miss Sally Behl of Carson 
City; three brothers, Larry Behl of Maple Rapids, Herman Behl of Harrison, and 
Harold Behl of Texas.  Funeral services were held November 27 with burial in 
Sowle Cemetery at Maple Rapids.  Arrangements by Hull Memorial Chapel in Muir.
