Hastings Reminder - Feb. 11, 2012

HASLETT, MI- Virginia D. Behler, age 89, of Haslett, formerly of Lake Odessa, 
passed away Sunday, February 5, 2012.

She was born February 21, 1922 in Arkansas the daughter of Charles and Anna 
(Mason) Frizzell.

Virginia married Jerry Behler and he preceded her in death in April 17, 1980.

She was employed for 22 years as bookkeeper/teller at the Union Bank in lake 
Odessa. Virginia also enjoyed bowling and participated in many bowling 
tournaments all over the United States.

Virginia was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Jerry; brothers, Robert 
and Mason Frizzell.

Surviving is her son, Michael (Deborah) Behler; daughter Quenda Story; 
grandchildren, Brian (Robin) Story, Alison Dambro and Jessica Behler; great 
grandchild, Marley Dambro.

Funeral services for Virginia will be conducted at 1 p.m. on Monday, February 
13, 2012 at Koops Funeral Chapel - Lake Odessa, with visitation one hour prior 
to service time. Interment will follow at Lakeside Cemetery, Lake Odessa.

Memorial contribution  in Virginia's name may be directed to the Lake Odessa 
Community Library, 1007 Fourth Avenue, Lake Odessa, MI 48849.
