JOHN BELL
LAKE ODESSA- John Bell, 65, of Lake Odessa, died Dec. 4 in Lansing.

Born Sept. 4, 1920, in Youngstown, Ohio, he was the son of Fred and Anna Kastowa
Bell. He was graduated from St. Louis High School and served in the U.S. Coast Guard during
World War II.

He was a district supervisor of the Motor Carrier Division of Michigan State
Police.

Surviving are his wife, Jeannette; a daughter, Linda Theubet of Las Vegas, Nev.; a 
granddaughter; and his mother, Anna Bell of Lansing

Memorial services will be Monday at 3 p.m. from the Koops Funeral Chapel, Lake
Odessa, with the Rev. Ward Pierce officiating.
