Myra Bell, 89 Dies at Lansing
Funeral services for Mrs. Myra Bell 89, of Charlotte were held at the Burkhead 
Funeral Chapel at Charlotte Monday, January 15 with burial in the Maple Hill 
cemetery. She passed away January 12 at Sparrow Hospital where she was 
hospitalized two weeks.

Mrs. Bell was the daughter of Julius and Martha (Curtis) Shellenbarger and spent 
her early life on a farm southwest of Lake Odessa. She married Bert Bell of Lake 
Odessa and they had lived most of their married life in the Charlotte area.He 
passed away March 18, 1972.

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs.Kenneth (Dorothy) Tirrell and Mrs Beulah 
Wilson, both of Charlotte; a sister Mrs Mable Roush of Hastings; two brothers, 
Cyrus Shellenbarger of Tucson, Ariz. ad Orval Shellenbarger of Ionia; three 
grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
