She was born Feb. 8, 1913, in Kalamazoo, to O.J. and Anamara Moore Browne. She was a secretary for several years with Carnation Milk Co. in Sheridan, retiring in 1974 as office manager. She was a member of the United Methodist Church, Fenwick, past matron and life member of the Order of Eastern Star Pearl Lake Chapter 9. She was married May 23, 1936, to Earl P. Belyou. He survives along with their children, JoAnn and Gordon Scott of Edna, Texas, Michael and Louise Belyou of Fenwick; five grandchildren, five great-grandchildren; one sister and brother-in-law, Adeline and Ken Otis of Pharr, Texas; one brother and sister-in-law, Charles and Edith Browne of Kalamazoo; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers. In keeping with her wishes, cremation has been held. Memorial services are today at 2 p.m. at the United Methodist Church, Fenwick. There will be no visitation. The family is being served by the Johnson Funeral Home, Belding. Memorial contributions may be made to the United Methodist Church of Fenwick.
