Ionia Sentinel Standard, 28 Sep 1967

Ernest R. Bemis, 15, of route 2, Stanton, died Wednesday afternoon at Ft. Custer
State home Kalamazoo county, after a lengthy illness.  Born November 21, 1951 in
Three Rivers, he was the son of Kenneth and Rita Jedle Bemis.

Surviving are his foster parents Mr. and Mrs. Louis Wolf of Stanton; two
brothers Bernard and Dale; maternal grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Otto Jedle of
Chelsea.

Graveside services will be Friday at 2 p.m. in Easton cemetery with Rev. Lowell
Young officiating.  He will be at Boynton funeral home until time of services.
