Ionia Sentinel, 21 Nov 1967

Requiem High mass was sung by Fr. Edward Jaworowicz at SS Peter and Paul church 
Monday at 10 a.m.  Interment was in St. Joseph cemetery in Pewamo.  Bearers 
were Florian Simon, Louis Pung, Leo Gross, Clifford, Edward and Tom Bengel.

Attending from out of town were Mrs. Joseph J. Fox and Mrs. Bernice Esch both 
of Pewamo; Mrs. Mary Simon, Mrs. Mary Bengel, Mr. and Mrs. Hillary Schnitgen, 
Mr. and Mrs. Harold Platt, Mr. and Mrs. Florian Simon, Mr. and Mrs. Theodore 
Culp, Clifford, Edward and Tom Bengel and Leo Gross all of Westphalia; Mr. and 
Mrs. William Patrick, Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Irrer, Herman Wiever, Mr. and Mrs. 
Marcellus Fedewa, Mrs. Walter Fedewa and Norma Pung all of Portland; Mrs. 
Eugene Downing and daughter of St. Johns; Andrew Guernsey, Henry Benoite and 
Harold Swarthout all of Lyons and Mr. and Mrs. Theodore Simon of Lansing.
