Chamberlain was born in Berlin township, Sept. 9, 1876, was married to John Benjamin Dec. 12, ----, also of Berlin township. Shortly after their marriage they moved to the ----ern part of the state where they lived until last winter when they moved to Berlin. One child was born ---- which died two months ago shortly after its death. During the last s--- of her life she was a great sufferer of malarial typhus fever which was the cause of her death May 6, 1897. In her younger days she was an active member in the M. E. church and S.S. wh--- was converted in the winter of 1---- united with the church. At --- times during her late illness w----, "Do you forget to pray?" sh-----“.
