Frank Benjamin Falls From a Chair Dead. Frank Benjamin, of Lyons, dropped dead in the woods four miles northeast of Muir while with Henry Bowen cutting wood. They had built a small camp, and Benjamin was sitting in a chair when Bowen started to go out for a supply of wood for their fire. He had no sooner stepped out doors when he heard a fall and, returning to camp, he found his companion had fallen from his chair. He had died almost instantly. A coroner’s jury held Tuesday decided that it was a case of heart failure. The deceased was 45 years of age and leaves a wife, with whom he was not living, and a son. Funeral Wednesday at Lyons.
