Ionia Daily Sentinel, 18 Jul 1927

Thomas Bennett, 75, for three-quarters of a century a resident of Berlin 
township, died at the home early Sunday morning.  Mr. Bennett had been in poor 
health for …{NOTE: unreadable line} stroke Thursday night.  Mr. Bennett was a 
brother of Mrs. Cornelia Worden, who died a few weeks ago.

Mr. Bennett’s home is located near Berlin Center.  He is survived by two 
daughters, Mrs. William Dean and Mrs. Jennie Salsbury, of Berlin township.  The 
funeral will be held from the residence at 2 o’clock Tuesday afternoon.  Burial 
will be made in Letts cemetery.
