Ionia Sentinel Standard - Sep. 10, 2011


Patricia Bennett, 66, of Ionia passed away Sept. 9, 2011 in Grand Rapids. She 
was born Nov. 21, 1944 in Greenville, the daughter of Ralph and Peggy Bennett. 
She worked for Governmental Employees Credit Union for 35 years until retiring 
in 2002. She was a devoted member of St. John’s Lutheran Church.

Patricia is survived by her special friend and companion for 21 years Cliff 
Lazarus of Ionia.

Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. John’s Lutheran Church 
with Pastor David Bogda officiating. Interment Sunset Memorial Gardens in 
Ionia. Visitation will be 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the Lake 
Funeral Home in Ionia. Whose wishing may make memorial contributions to St. 
John’s Lutheran Church.
