DAVID G. BENNETT

Died June 9, 2022 age 87.
Born in Hubbardston, MI on September 18, 1934, son of Rex and Freda (Cusack) 
Bennett.
Worked as a delivery driver for Wonder bread & other companies over 45 years. 
Survived by his wife of 66 years, Jean (Keefer) Bennett; children,Brenda (John) 
Saenz, Kevin (Gabrielle) Bennett,Amy (Joe) Rice,and Kristin (Daniel) Ball 
grandchildren; Travis, Sarah, Kacie, Kyle, Alex, Nicole, Donald, David and 
Dennis; great-grandchildren; Jada, Tarren, Christopher, Ethyn, Lucas, Annalisse, 
Brenden, Isaac, Lillian,Isaiah, Arianna & Adaline; siblings, Mary (Ken) 
Kapustka, Tony (Judy) Bennett,Bruce (Noel) Bennett, Jeanine (Calvin) Cross, and 
brother-in-law John Burns.
Preceded in death by his parents and sister Shirley Burns.
Funeral Mass will be held 10:30 Wednesday June 15, 2022 with visitation one hour 
prior to the service at St.Gerard Catholic Church,, 4437 W.Willow Hwy., Lansing, 
MI 48917. 
Interment to follow at St.Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Lansing,MI.
Visitation will be Tuesday 3-6 pm at Mills Funeral Home with rosary being prayed 
at 5:30 pm.
Memorial contributions may be given to National Kidney Foundation of Michigan, 
1169 Oak Valley Dr., Ann, Arbor,MI 48108.
The family is being served by the Mills Funeral Home, Peters & Murray, Grand 
Ledge,MI.
