The Ionia Standard, Friday, April 23, 1897
Mrs. Maria Bennett, aged 68 years, wife of Joseph Bennett, of Berlin township, 
died on Wednesday, of paralysis.  Funeral will be on Saturday at 10 a.m. from 
her late home, and interment will be in the Letz cemetery.  Mrs. Maria 
Bennett, aged 68 mother of Jos. Bennett, Berlin, died Wednesday of dropsy.  
Funeral Saturday, 10 a.m. at family residence.
