The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Saturday, May 20, 2000
Glenellyn Bennett, 96, of Alma, passed away May 18, 2000 at the Gratiot 
Community Hospital in Alma.  She was born in Midland to Judson L. Coalwell and 
Anna Stout on February 2, 1904.  She married Wilbert H. Bennett June 24, 1926, 
in Alma.  He preceded her in death on September 8, 1973.

She is survived by two nephews, Michael and Barbara Grice of Rochester Hills 
and Tad N. Coalwell of Traverse City; one niece, Carol Lynn Williams of Fla.  
She was preceded in death by one brother, Norris, and one sister, Ruth.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, May 22, 2000 at 12 noon at the Lake 
Funeral Home of Hull Memorial Chapel in Muir with the Rev. Kenneth Harger 
officiating.  Interment in Lyons Cemetery.  The family will receive friends 
and relatives two hours prior to the service.
