Henry Paul “Pete” Bennett, 63, of Hubbardston, passed away Friday, Sept. 7, 2012
at his home.  Pete was born May 15, 1945 in Ionia the son of Paul and Eleanor
(Dickinson) Bennett.  He was a 1968 graduate of Carson City High School and
began working at that time with his family on the Paul Bennett and Sons Farm in
Hubbardston.  Pete continued to run the family farm for over 35 years, retiring
in 2004.

Pete is survived by his brother Marion “Punk” Bennett of Hubbardston; a sister,
Barbara (Dave) Tatro of Lansing; a sister-in-law, Lois Bennett of Middleton; and
numerous nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his parents; a half
brother, John; and two brothers, Larry and Gordon.

A memorial service will be held Wednesday, Sept. 12, 2012 at 6 p.m. at Lux and
Schnepp Funeral Home, Carson City with Pastor Carl Cecil officiating. 
Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. until the time of services at the funeral
home.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Carson City
Hospital.
