Dwayne (Benny) Bennett, 73, of Saranac died Tuesday, June 28, 1994.  He was 
born in Pontiac, Mich. Jan 18, 1921 the son of Hazen and Muriel (Reynolds) 
Bennett.

He married Iva Miller May 12, 1961 in Ionia.  He was a veteran of World War II.

He is survived by his wife Iva; one daughter, Eunice Bennett of Saranac; one 
brother, Ralph Ramize of Lansing; two sisters, Donna Waterman of Florida and 
Helen Hignite of California; one grandson and many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive callers Thursday from 7-8:30 p.m. at Lake Funeral Home, 
Saranac.  Funeral services will be held Friday at 1 p.m. at the Lake Funeral 
Home.  The Rev. James Frank will officiate.  Interment will be in Tuttle 
Cemetery in Ionia.
