Robert Norton Benschoter, 82, of Balch Springs, Texas, formerly of Sunfield 
Age 82, passed away on May 27, 2006.  He was born on May 31, 1923 in Sebewa 
Township, Michigan the son of Don and Winnie Benschoter.  Robert a veteran of 
World War II (U.S. Army) and was a lifetime member of the VFW Post 4090. 

He was preceded in death by his wife Lonnie "Bea" Benschoter and his brother 
Don Benschoter Jr.  Surviving are a sister Mary Lou (James) Duncan; brother 
James (Leonarda) Benschoter; special friend, Bobbie; sister-in-law, Doris 
Benschoter; many nieces and nephews and special friends, Jack and Eloise 
Gilbert. 

Graveside services were held June 3 at East Sebewa Cemetery.  Arrangements are 
being handled by the Schrauben-Lehman Funeral Homes, Portland Chapel.
