JULIA CATHERINE BEYER

Died March 30, 2026-age80 of Ionia.
BornJune 27, 1945 in North Plains Twp, daughter of John Norman & margaret Irene 
(Riley) Handlon.
Julia graduated from S.S.Peter and Paul High School in 1963.
She married Bill Beyer August 8,1968 in Ionia.
Julia worked at Meijer in various roles for 42 years.
Julia & Bill wintered in Naples for 32 years.
She was an artist in many mediums that reflected her talent & spirit. 
She was creative in her love of comfort & beauty in her surroundings.Survived by 
her husband Bill Beyer of Ionia, Children, Robert (Tamara)Corkwell, Kristine 
McDermott, Mark (Kristi)Mason, Elizabeth (Bryan) Snyder& Jennifer (Larry) Shinn
Grandchildren, Chase (Kayla) Corkwell, Rebecca Corkwell, Bryce Corkwell, Riley 
McDermott, Megan McDermott, Connor McDermott, Sydney Mason, Samuel (Claudia) 
Mason, Erin Mason, Kylynn (Josh)Range, Lacey(Bryan)Wilson & Reece (Sabrina) 
McKay.Eight great-grandchildren, Siblings, Brian (Colleen)Vance, Greg (Robin) 
Vance, Sharon(Tom) Patterson & Amy (Tim) Ide.
Preceded in death by her sisters, Norma Corywell, Peggy Lafler & Alice 
Montgomery & Step-father Jed Vance.
Cremation has taken place. 
Rite of Committal at St.John's the Baptist cemetery in Hubbardston on Saturday 
June 27 at 10:00 a.m.
