He was born February 9, 1949 in Lowell, the son of Otis and Bernice (Wilczewski) Bibbler. Bernie entered the Army in 1968 serving in Vietnam. He worked as a painter for many years especially enjoying a finished paint job.Bernie met the love of his life Toni Frazer in 1981, together they enjoyed many adventures together. Je was a member of the American Legion. Bernie also know as "Bluegill Bernie" loved to fish almost daily and organized his own annual fish fry at the American Legion in Saranac that he would donate the raised funds to the Legion. He loved to Hunt, hang out with is buddies that he liked to prank. Bernie would give you anything. Surviving are his longtime Companion Toni Frazer of Saranac, Son; Steve (Marcie) Frazer of Lowell, Granddaughters; Riley and Paige Frazer. Brother-in-law Scott (Darla) Minard of Florida. 3 sisters and 1 brother also survive. Several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, 4 sisters, 6 brothers and brother- in0law, Ed Minard. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Saranac American Legion September 8th from 5:00-8:00 PM. Those wishing may make memorial contributions to his family.Arrangement in care of Lake Funeral Home in Saranac.
