The Rev. R.A. Rook, pastor, officiated. Burial was in the family lot, Highland Park cemetery. Mrs. Bielow, a resident of Ionia 57 years, died at her home Thursday morning, August 17, at 3:15 o’clock. She had been ill over a year. Pallbearers at the services were Emil Rubach, Fred Rubach, Otto Rubach, William Miller, Ewald Miller and Herman Smith. The Misses Gertrude Succop, Beulah Schipper and Pauline Gierman were in charge of the flowers. Those attending from out of town were Mr. and Mrs. Ted Bielow, Carl Bielow, Mrs. Mary Storch, Mrs. Ross Robinson and Frank Schroeder of Detroit; Mr. and Mrs. Paul Schroeder and Mr. and Mrs. Lee Schroeder of Jackson; Mrs. Alfred Verilyea and family and Mr. and Mrs. Rudolph Schroeder of Lansing; Mr. and Mrs. Fred Speckin, Mr. and Mrs. William Krebs and Miss Emily Spurgat of Grand Rapids; Mr. and Mrs. Joe Patterson, Mrs. Mildred Wilson and Gust Johnson of Reed City; Mr. and Mrs. Fred Moore and daughter of Muskegon and Mr. and Mrs. Olney Maynard of Lyons.
