August Bierstetel, 92 of Westphalia passed away March 9, 1997. Surviving are
wife Leona; two daughters Monica (Harry) Hersch of Gaylord and Shirley (William)
Halfman of Pewamo; seven sons: Leon (Annette) and James (Jane) Bierstetel, both
of Westphalia, David (Judy) and Alvin (Jan) Bierstetel, both of Pewamo, Bernard
(Christine), Paul (Kathy) and Robert (Susan) Bierstetel all of Fowler; 22
grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. Funeral services were held March 12,
arrangements by Gorsline-Runciman Co. Neller Chapel.
